To manage two-factor authentication (2FA) for resellers in WHM, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to WHM.
- Go to Account Functions > Manage Resellers.
- Click the Manage button next to the reseller whose 2FA settings you want to manage.
- On the Manage Reseller page, click the Two-Factor Authentication tab.
- On the Two-Factor Authentication tab, you can view and manage the reseller's 2FA settings. You can:
- Enable or disable 2FA for the reseller.
- Change the reseller's 2FA provider.
- View the reseller's 2FA recovery codes.
- Generate a new set of 2FA recovery codes for the reseller.
- Click the Save Changes button to save your changes.
Here are some additional tips for managing 2FA for resellers in WHM:
- You can require all resellers to enable 2FA by going to Account Functions > Manage Resellers > Manage Reseller Nameservers and Privileges and selecting the Require Two-Factor Authentication for Resellers checkbox.
- You can send resellers a reminder to enable 2FA by going to Account Functions > Manage Resellers and clicking the Send Two-Factor Authentication Reminder button next to the resellers who have not enabled 2FA.
- You can help resellers troubleshoot 2FA problems by going to WHM Help > Two-Factor Authentication and reviewing the troubleshooting documentation.
